Our sizing
We only screen print on preloved vintage garments which means they are all different sizes. We measure each top to give it a size. We use pit to pit (width), shoulder to bottom of hem (length) and edge of collar to end of cuff measurements and these are all included in the description of each top. We measure in inches.
If you're unsure of your size, it's best to measure one of your tops that fits you nicely and compare these measurements against ours. We don't want to waste your time (and money) and ours sending tops out that don't fit and you having to return it. We don't refund the cost of returning the top so best to double check.
Sustainability
We try to be as sustainable and have as little footprint as possible. Printing on preloved vintage tops that have enjoyed a fun and action packed previous life and could have ended their days in landfill get another go. We use potato sacks and recycled paper tape for packaging and eco-friendly inks. We then walk your parcels down to our local Post Office.
Shipping
Once we recieve your order and payment we will pack the top up and post it to you using 48hr tracked Royal Mail. We will post your top out within 72 hours. After it's shipped we will drop you an email confirming the tracking reference so you know it's safely on its way.
If you're feeling flush you can buy 2 tops per postal charge (n/a outside UK).
UK is sent 48hr tracked (£5)
Europe is sent International tracked (£15)
Rest of World is sent international tracked (£25 plus £5 per item)
If you are local to Calderdale you can arrange to pick up your top from Hebden Bridge. If this works for you still need to complete the shipping fields but select Pick up.
Returns
If the top doesn't fit or it's not right for you UK customers can return unworn tops within 14 days of receipt to exchange or receive a refund. The return address is born again prints, Ruby Shoes Day, 37 Market Street, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire HX7 6EU. Please send back using tracked post so you have a tracking number if you need it. Customers are liable for the loss of returned tops in transit, sorry about that. If all these conditions are met a refund will be issues to the customer and the account used to purchase within ten working days of the item(s) being returned. This refund will exclude the costs of us shipping the top and the cost of returning the garment, which shall be borne by the customer.
Payment
We take all major debit/credit cards via Stripe. We also accept Apple pay and PayPal. Transactions are made on a secure/encrypted server to ensure all your information is always private and secure.
