Boombox, grey, L 21.5" p2p, 25.5" s2h, 29"c2c (Second)
Measures: 21.5” width pit to pit, 25.5” length shoulder to hem and 29” collar to cuff.
This fantastic image appeared on a brill early independent hip hop compilation called Boombox that was released a few years ago now on Soul Jazz records. They have released 3 fantastic Boombox compilations which are all have fantastic cover images and are worth a listen. Soul Jazz Records and Sounds of the Universe are both brilliant labels. Anything they release is absolute quality. You can feel the love, care and passion on every release. I love reading the sleeve notes which always have plenty of background. It’s opened my ears to some wonderful stuff. Anyway I love the image of this dude with his massive boombox so printed a few up.
Handprinted on a preloved vintage grey sweatshirt, with black eco ink. This is not my greatest print with the top of the cap missing on the left print (see pic), so its cheaper.
