Socrates, teal M (19.5"P2P, 26.5"S2H, 29"C2C)
Captain of my favourite team ever, the 1982 Brazil side, doctor, leader and activist at his club side Corinthians. During the military regime in Brazil he mobilised Corinthians to become a symbol of democracy making sure all decisions at the club were voted on to show the population how true democracy can work. Not sure they make them like Socrates anymore. What a player he seemed to glide across the pitch. I was broken hearted when Italy knocked out Brazil in the ‘82 World Cup. I loved that team who played with such freedom. I hadn’t seen football like it or a player like Socrates before.

Nice one.
